- Executive Summary
Bunshin OS is a Human-People Experience Operating System designed to support human joy and enjoyment and to enrich people’s daily lives and life journeys.
In contemporary society, technologies such as AI are developing rapidly. However, the value that supports a rich human life does not exist only in efficiency or the amount of information. It exists within Human-People Experience (HPE), including encounters, discoveries, learning, inspiration, and creativity.
Bunshin OS is designed as a new Operating System centered on Human-People Experience, circulating, expanding, and amplifying the diverse experience value created by people.
What Bunshin OS circulates is not people themselves.
It is the value generated from people’s experiences.
As that value circulates among people and leads to new experiences, learning, and further creativity, Bunshin OS supports human joy, enjoyment, and the enrichment of life.
Bunshin OS is not a system premised on collecting, storing, or using personal information. It is also not based on personally identifiable information or personalized individual data as its core structure. Bunshin OS is designed on the fundamental principle of circulating, expanding, and amplifying the value generated from Human-People Experience.
Bunshin OS is not a system designed to replace people.
It is a foundation for learning and growing together with people, and for further expanding the possibilities that people inherently possess.
Bunshin OS also does not seek to dominate any specific individual, organization, or market.
Based on the fundamental principles of collaboration and peace, Bunshin OS aims for a society in which diverse people, diverse values, and diverse Human-People Experiences coexist while continuing to create new value.
AI is one of the important implementation technologies for realizing this vision. However, AI itself is not the purpose.
At the center of Bunshin OS is always Human-People Experience, and the value that only people can create.
Furthermore, Bunshin OS is not merely a concept for research.
It is designed on the premise of sustainable implementation in society.
Its Implementation Strategy includes business development as a means of achieving sustainable social implementation. However, business development is not intended to maximize profit. It is positioned as a sustainable implementation foundation for continuing to deliver richer lives to more people.
This White Paper is the official document that systematically organizes the philosophy, purpose, operating structure, social value, and social implementation concept of Bunshin OS, and presents the overall vision of Bunshin OS.

Bunshin OSは、人々の喜びと楽しみを支援し、人々の暮らしと人生をより豊かなものにすることを目的としたHuman-People Experience Operating Systemである。
現代社会では、AIをはじめとする技術が急速に発展している。しかし、人々の豊かな人生を支える価値は、効率や情報の量だけではなく、人との出会い、発見、学び、感動、創造といったHuman-People Experience（HPE）の中に存在する。
Bunshin OSは、このHuman-People Experienceを中心概念とし、人々が生み出す多様な体験価値を循環、拡張、増幅する新たなOperating Systemとして設計されている。
Bunshin OSが循環させる対象は、人そのものではない。
人々の体験から生まれる価値である。
その価値が人々の間を循環し、新たな体験や学び、さらなる創造へとつながることで、人々の喜びと楽しみ、そして人生の豊かさを支援する。
Bunshin OSは、個人情報を収集・保存・活用することを前提としたシステムではない。また、個人を特定する情報や、パーソナライズされた個人データを基本構造とするものでもない。Bunshin OSは、Human-People Experienceから生まれる価値を循環・拡張・増幅することを基本原則として設計されている。
