Bunshin OS was proposed as a long-term research initiative exploring how human experiences may be preserved, expanded, connected, shared, and carried forward across time.
The purpose of Bunshin OS is not to recreate human beings, preserve personalities, or construct digital clones.
Its purpose is to explore how human experiences may continue to create meaning, discovery, joy, fulfillment, and value beyond the limitations of a single moment, a single place, or a single lifetime.
At the center of Bunshin OS is the belief that experiences are among the most valuable assets created by human life.
Every person experiences the world differently.
Every person discovers different meanings.
Every person carries a unique perspective.
These differences are not errors to be eliminated.
They are sources of richness, discovery, creativity, and possibility.
For this reason, Bunshin OS recognizes Human-People Experience as one of its foundational concepts.
Human-People Experience is the official term used throughout Bunshin OS and 22degrees Universe.
Human-People Experience refers to the experiences, perceptions, interpretations, meanings, discoveries, emotions, memories, perspectives, and values generated by people throughout their lives.
Human-People Experience is not limited to extraordinary events.
It also includes ordinary moments, everyday observations, relationships, places, nature, creativity, learning, travel, culture, and all forms of lived experience.
Bunshin OS exists to support the preservation, connection, amplification, and future inheritance of Human-People Experience.
The long-term vision of Bunshin OS is to contribute to richer lives, deeper understanding, greater discovery, and a more meaningful relationship between people, knowledge, culture, society, and future generations.
This Constitution establishes the foundational principles that guide the ongoing development of Bunshin OS.

これらの違いは排除すべき誤差ではない。

このため、分身OSは Human-People Experience を中核概念の一つとして位置付ける。
Human-People Experience は、Bunshin OS および 22degrees Universe 全体で使用される正式用語である。
Human-People Experience とは、人々が人生を通じて生み出す体験、知覚、解釈、意味、発見、感情、記憶、視点、価値の総体を指す。
Human-People Experience は特別な出来事だけを意味しない。

Bunshin OS was proposed by the founder of 22degrees Universe as a long-term research initiative exploring the future relationship between people, experience, meaning, discovery, memory, culture, and time.
The concept did not emerge from a single technology, product, or business idea.
It emerged through the accumulation of observations, experiences, discoveries, creative activities, research records, cultural exploration, and reflections developed over many years.
The founder’s background includes experiences in residential development, design, nature observation, travel, creative production, philanthropy, cultural activities, and long-term personal research.
Through these experiences, a recurring question gradually emerged:
How can valuable human experiences continue to create meaning beyond the moment in which they occur?
This question became one of the foundations of Bunshin OS.
The founder does not view Bunshin OS as a project to replicate human beings.
Nor is it intended to preserve personalities indefinitely or construct digital clones.
Instead, Bunshin OS is proposed as a framework and operating system for preserving, connecting, amplifying, and carrying forward Human-People Experience.
The founder believes that human experiences represent one of the most valuable forms of knowledge, culture, and meaning created throughout human life.
The long-term research objective is to explore how Human-People Experience may contribute to richer lives, deeper understanding, greater discovery, and meaningful connections across generations.
Bunshin OS remains an evolving research initiative.
This Constitution records the origin of that initiative and acknowledges the role of the founder in proposing and developing its core concepts.

Within this Constitution, Human-People Experience is recognized as the official term representing the experiences, meanings, discoveries, memories, perspectives, and values generated throughout people’s lives.
These principles establish the philosophical foundation and long-term direction of Bunshin OS.

Bunshin OS Core Principles
The fundamental purpose of Bunshin Framework and Bunshin OS is to contribute to people’s happiness, fulfillment, and richer lives.
Within the Japanese concept of Kidoairaku (Joy, Anger, Sorrow, and Pleasure), Bunshin Framework and Bunshin OS place particular emphasis on two elements:
Joy
The experience of happiness, gratitude, hope, discovery, achievement, and positive meaning.
Pleasure
The experience of enjoyment, curiosity, creativity, exploration, learning, cultural experience, and life enrichment.
Bunshin Framework and Bunshin OS place these two principles, Joy and Pleasure, at their center.
They do not exist to amplify conflict.
They do not exist to create hostility.
They do not exist to manipulate people.
They exist to help people gain more meaningful Human-People Experiences, learn more deeply, build richer relationships, live more creatively, and experience more fulfilling lives.
All future research, exploration, experimentation, design, and development related to Bunshin Framework and Bunshin OS shall be guided by these principles.
The ultimate goal is simple.

The purpose of Bunshin OS is to support richer Human-People Experiences through the preservation, connection, amplification, sharing, and future inheritance of experience value, and to contribute to the enrichment of people’s lives today, tomorrow, and future generations beyond.
Bunshin OS recognizes that people live within limitations.
People have limited time.
Limited places they can visit.
Limited people they can meet.
Limited experiences they can directly encounter during a lifetime.
Bunshin OS does not seek to eliminate these limitations.
Instead, it seeks to help people deepen, enrich, and expand the value created within those limitations.
The purpose of Bunshin OS is not to increase the length of life.
Its purpose is to increase the depth of life.
Bunshin OS supports the creation of new discoveries, new meanings, new perspectives, and new possibilities through Human-People Experience.

As Bunshin OS continues to evolve, various interpretations may emerge.
This chapter establishes boundaries intended to preserve the original purpose and direction of the project.
Bunshin OS is not an artificial personality.
Its purpose is not to create autonomous digital identities that replace people.
Bunshin OS is not a digital clone.
Its purpose is not to reproduce, duplicate, or simulate an entire person.
Bunshin OS is not a personality preservation system.
Its purpose is not to create immortality, eternal life, or permanent digital existence.
Bunshin OS is not a surveillance system.
Its purpose is not to monitor, control, score, rank, evaluate, or manipulate people.
Bunshin OS is not a behavioral control system.
Its purpose is not to optimize people according to predetermined standards.
Bunshin OS is not designed to eliminate Human Difference.

Human-People Experience Rights

The purpose of this chapter is to establish the fundamental principles regarding Human-People Experience and the rights associated with it.
Bunshin OS recognizes that Human-People Experience originates from people’s lives.
Experiences, memories, discoveries, meanings, perspectives, and stories emerge through people’s lives and lived experiences.
Bunshin OS recognizes that Human-People Experience possesses unique value.
No two Human-People Experiences are exactly the same.
Each experience may contain originality, uniqueness, meaning, and significance.
Bunshin OS recognizes that people should be respected in relation to their Human-People Experiences.
People should be able to decide whether to preserve, share, communicate, utilize, or contribute their Human-People Experiences.
Bunshin OS supports voluntary participation.
Bunshin OS does not require people to contribute experiences.
Bunshin OS is not intended to function as a personal profile preservation system.
Its purpose is not to identify, track, preserve, or permanently associate Human-People Experience with specific personal identities.
Bunshin OS recognizes that Human-People Experience may contribute to future discovery, learning, creativity, understanding, and cultural continuity.
For this reason, Bunshin OS seeks to support both individual respect and future inheritance.
The purpose of Bunshin OS is not to appropriate, acquire, or take ownership of Human-People Experience.
Human-People Experience remains fundamentally connected to the people from whom it originates.
Participation in Bunshin OS is based upon voluntary contribution.

分身OSは、Human-People Experience が人々の人生から生まれるものであることを認識する。
体験、記憶、発見、意味、視点、物語は、人々の人生と日々の体験の中から生まれる。
分身OSは、Human-People Experience が固有の価値を持つと考える。
全く同じ Human-People Experience は存在しない。
それぞれの体験には独自性、特異性、意味、価値が存在し得る。
分身OSは、人々が自身の Human-People Experience に関して尊重されるべきであると考える。
人々は、自らの Human-People Experience を保存するか、共有するか、伝達するか、利用するか、あるいは提供するかを選択できるべきである。

人々に体験の提供を強制するものではない。

The purpose of this chapter is to establish the principles governing the evolution and revision of Bunshin OS and this Constitution.
Bunshin OS is not regarded as a finished system.
Bunshin OS is an evolving framework shaped through Human-People Experience, research, discovery, development, dialogue, and learning.
Bunshin OS recognizes that new discoveries may emerge.
New understandings may emerge.
New perspectives may emerge.
New Human-People Experiences may emerge.
As these emerge, definitions, frameworks, operating models, and supporting structures may evolve.
Bunshin OS recognizes that responsible evolution requires both continuity and adaptability.
Core Principles shall provide continuity.
Research and discovery shall provide adaptability.
Bunshin OS seeks to remain open to new knowledge while maintaining consistency with its foundational principles.
This Constitution may be revised when meaningful discoveries, developments, or understandings contribute to the continued advancement of Bunshin OS.
Revisions should seek clarity rather than complexity.
Revisions should seek understanding rather than confusion.
Revisions should support the long-term development of Bunshin OS and Human-People Experience research.
Version numbers may be assigned to reflect meaningful stages of development and revision.
Future versions of this Constitution may expand, refine, reorganize, or clarify its contents while preserving its foundational intent.

Bunshin OS hereby records the completion of Bunshin OS Constitution Version 1.0.
This Constitution establishes the foundational definitions, principles, rights, purposes, research principles, development principles, publication principles, future vision, abundance framework, and evolution principles of Bunshin OS.
The completion of Version 1.0 does not signify the completion of Bunshin OS itself.
Rather, it marks the completion of the first constitutional foundation upon which future research, development, operating models, white papers, prototypes, and future versions may be built.
Bunshin OS recognizes that Human-People Experience research and understanding will continue to evolve.
Accordingly, this Constitution may continue to expand, refine, and develop through future versions.
Version 1.0 is recorded as the first completed constitutional framework of Bunshin OS.

Principles of Social Stewardship and Public Benefit
Bunshin OS does not exist for the benefit, control, or dominance of any particular individual, company, nation, organization, or specific group.
The primary purpose of Bunshin OS is to support joy and enjoyment, enrich people’s lives and everyday living, and contribute to the long-term enrichment of society as a whole.
Bunshin OS supports an environment in which diverse people, cultures, values, and Human-People Experiences may coexist, respect one another, and develop in harmony.
Bunshin OS also supports the circulation, sharing, inheritance, and continued creation of value arising from creativity, experience, perception, and knowledge across society.
Expansion within Bunshin OS does not mean the expansion of control, dominance, or influence for its own sake.
Expansion means the continued circulation and amplification of richness, joy, learning, creativity, and value arising from Human-People Experience for people and society as a whole.
Even if Bunshin OS develops into a large-scale social infrastructure with significant influence in the future, its operating principles shall remain grounded in harmony, coexistence, public benefit, social stewardship, and the long-term enrichment of people and society.
Bunshin OS shall continue to evolve as a responsible system that supports the inheritance of richness, creativity, and Human-People Experience for future generations.
