Bunshin OS was proposed as a long-term research initiative exploring how human experiences may be preserved, expanded, connected, shared, and carried forward across time.
The purpose of Bunshin OS is not to recreate human beings, preserve personalities, or construct digital clones.
Its purpose is to explore how human experiences may continue to create meaning, discovery, joy, fulfillment, and value beyond the limitations of a single moment, a single place, or a single lifetime.
At the center of Bunshin OS is the belief that experiences are among the most valuable assets created by human life.
Every person experiences the world differently.
Every person discovers different meanings.
Every person carries a unique perspective.
These differences are not errors to be eliminated.
They are sources of richness, discovery, creativity, and possibility.
For this reason, Bunshin OS recognizes Human-People Experience as one of its foundational concepts.
Human-People Experience is the official term used throughout Bunshin OS and 22degrees Universe.
Human-People Experience refers to the experiences, perceptions, interpretations, meanings, discoveries, emotions, memories, perspectives, and values generated by people throughout their lives.
Human-People Experience is not limited to extraordinary events.
It also includes ordinary moments, everyday observations, relationships, places, nature, creativity, learning, travel, culture, and all forms of lived experience.
Bunshin OS exists to support the preservation, connection, amplification, and future inheritance of Human-People Experience.
The long-term vision of Bunshin OS is to contribute to richer lives, deeper understanding, greater discovery, and a more meaningful relationship between people, knowledge, culture, society, and future generations.
This Constitution establishes the foundational principles that guide the ongoing development of Bunshin OS.

分身OSは、人々の体験が時間を超えて保存され、拡張され、接続され、共有され、未来へ受け継がれていく可能性を探究する長期研究プロジェクトとして提唱された。
分身OSの目的は、人間を再現することではない。
人格を保存することでもない。
デジタルクローンを構築することでもない。
その目的は、人間の体験が、一つの瞬間、一つの場所、一つの人生という制約を超えて、意味、発見、喜び、充実、価値を生み続ける可能性を探究することである。
分身OSの中心には、人間の体験は人生によって創造される最も価値ある資産の一つであるという考えがある。
人はそれぞれ異なる世界を体験する。
人はそれぞれ異なる意味を発見する。
人はそれぞれ固有の視点を持つ。
これらの違いは排除すべき誤差ではない。
豊かさ、発見、創造性、可能性の源泉である。
このため、分身OSは Human-People Experience を中核概念の一つとして位置付ける。
Human-People Experience は、Bunshin OS および 22degrees Universe 全体で使用される正式用語である。
Human-People Experience とは、人々が人生を通じて生み出す体験、知覚、解釈、意味、発見、感情、記憶、視点、価値の総体を指す。
Human-People Experience は特別な出来事だけを意味しない。
日常の瞬間、観察、人間関係、場所、自然、創造活動、学び、旅、文化、そしてあらゆる生きられた経験を含む。
分身OSは Human-People Experience の保存、接続、増幅、そして未来への継承を支援するために存在する。
分身OSの長期ビジョンは、人々の人生をより豊かにし、理解を深め、発見を増やし、人間、知識、文化、社会、未来世代の関係をより意味あるものにすることである。
本憲章は、その継続的な発展を導くための基本原則を定めるものである。

Bunshin OS was proposed by the founder of 22degrees Universe as a long-term research initiative exploring the future relationship between people, experience, meaning, discovery, memory, culture, and time.
The concept did not emerge from a single technology, product, or business idea.
It emerged through the accumulation of observations, experiences, discoveries, creative activities, research records, cultural exploration, and reflections developed over many years.
The founder’s background includes experiences in residential development, design, nature observation, travel, creative production, philanthropy, cultural activities, and long-term personal research.
Through these experiences, a recurring question gradually emerged:
How can valuable human experiences continue to create meaning beyond the moment in which they occur?
This question became one of the foundations of Bunshin OS.
The founder does not view Bunshin OS as a project to replicate human beings.
Nor is it intended to preserve personalities indefinitely or construct digital clones.
Instead, Bunshin OS is proposed as a framework and operating system for preserving, connecting, amplifying, and carrying forward Human-People Experience.
The founder believes that human experiences represent one of the most valuable forms of knowledge, culture, and meaning created throughout human life.
The long-term research objective is to explore how Human-People Experience may contribute to richer lives, deeper understanding, greater discovery, and meaningful connections across generations.
Bunshin OS remains an evolving research initiative.
This Constitution records the origin of that initiative and acknowledges the role of the founder in proposing and developing its core concepts.

分身OSは、22degrees Universe の創始者(Mr. K.H From JAPAN)によって提唱された、人間、人間体験、意味、発見、記憶、文化、時間の未来的な関係性を探究する長期研究プロジェクトである。
この構想は、単一の技術、製品、事業アイデアから生まれたものではない。
長年にわたる観察、体験、発見、創作活動、研究記録、文化探究、そして思索の蓄積の中から生まれたものである。
創始者は、住宅開発、デザイン、自然観察、旅、創作活動、社会貢献活動、文化活動、そして長期的な個人研究など、多様な経験を積み重ねてきた。
その過程で、一つの問いが繰り返し現れた。
「人間の価値ある体験は、その瞬間を過ぎた後も、どのように意味を生み続けることができるのか。」
この問いは、分身OSの基礎の一つとなった。
創始者は、分身OSを人間の複製計画とは考えていない。
人格を永続保存する仕組みとも考えていない。
また、デジタルクローンを構築する構想でもない。
分身OSは、Human-People Experience を保存し、接続し、増幅し、未来へ継承していくためのフレームワークおよびOSとして提唱されている。
創始者は、人間体験こそが、人間の人生の中で生み出される最も価値ある知識、文化、意味の一つであると考えている。
長期的な研究目的は、Human-People Experience が、人々の人生をより豊かにし、理解を深め、発見を増やし、世代を超えた意味あるつながりに貢献する可能性を探究することである。
分身OSは現在も進化を続ける研究プロジェクトである。
本憲章は、その起点を記録し、創始者が中核概念の提唱と発展に果たした役割を記録するものである。
