The purpose of these public records is not merely publication.

They serve as long-term records of ideas, research, development, discoveries, creative activities, and Human-People Experiences.

Public records help preserve the historical development of concepts, frameworks, projects, and discoveries over time.

They also provide transparency regarding the origin, evolution, and chronology of intellectual assets documented within 22degrees Universe.
