Searching for the Invisible
Created in 2017.
This work began with an imagination of looking at the Earth from afar.
The theme is the search for what cannot be seen.
Some things may remain invisible forever.
Some may reveal themselves one day.
No one knows which is true.
What we seek may exist somewhere beyond us, or it may already exist within us, waiting to be discovered.
The circles in this work do not represent answers.
They represent the act of searching itself.
This artwork is preserved as a record of a question:
“What if the answer we are searching for is already inside us?”

本作品は、遠くから地球を眺めるという空想から始まった。
テーマは「見えないものを探している」。
見えないものは、これからもずっと見えないままかもしれない。
いつか見えてくる日が来るかもしれない。
その答えは誰にも分からない。
しかし私たちが探しているものは、遠いどこかに存在するのではなく、すでに自分自身の中にあり、見つけられる時を待っているだけなのかもしれない。
この作品の円は答えを表しているのではない。
答えを探し続ける行為そのものを表している。
これは一つの問いの記録である。
