両Concept AssetのOfficial Final Master Edition Version 1.0については、2026年8月27日、日本の電子公証制度に基づき日付情報の付与を受けています。

民法施行法第5条第2項は、指定公証人が法務省令で定める方法により電磁的記録に日付情報を付した場合、その電磁的記録に記録された情報を「確定日付ある証書」とみなすことを定めています。また、同条第3項により、付与された日付情報の日付が確定日付となります。

さらに、民法施行法第7条第1項は、日付情報の付与について、公証人法に定める情報の同一性に関する証明等の規定を準用しています。

今回、この制度に基づき、指定公証人に対して両電子公文書について「情報の同一性に関する証明」を請求し、2026年9月10日付でそれぞれ証明が行われました。

発行された電子公文書には、両件について、

「これは、保存された電磁的記録に記録された情報と同一である。」

との認証文が記録されています。

「情報の同一性に関する証明」の具体的な請求手続は、「指定公証人の行う電磁的記録に関する事務に関する省令」第15条に基づくものです。

今回の証明は、2026年8月27日に日付情報の付与を受けた各電子公文書について、請求対象となった情報が、保存された電磁的記録に記録された情報と同一であることが証明されたという事実を記録するものです。

The two Concept Assets covered by the certification are as follows.

On August 27, 2026, the Official Final Master Edition Version 1.0 of each Concept Asset was provided with date information under Japan’s electronic notarization system.

Article 5, paragraph 2 of the Act on General Rules for Application of Laws concerning the Civil Code provides that, where a designated notary adds date information to an electronic record by a method prescribed by Ministry of Justice Order, the information recorded in that electronic record is deemed to constitute an instrument bearing a certified date. Under paragraph 3 of the same Article, the date contained in the date information constitutes the certified date.

Furthermore, Article 7, paragraph 1 of the same Act applies, mutatis mutandis, provisions of the Notary Act concerning certification of the identity of information, among other matters, to the granting of date information.

Under this legal framework, 22degrees requested Information Identity Certification from a designated notary for the electronic public documents relating to both Concept Assets, and certification was issued for each on September 10, 2026.

The electronic public documents issued for both Concept Assets contain the following certification statement:

“This is identical to the information recorded in the stored electronic record.”

The specific procedure for requesting Information Identity Certification is governed by Article 15 of the Ministry of Justice Order concerning affairs relating to electronic records handled by designated notaries.

The certifications obtained on September 10, 2026 record the fact that, with respect to each electronic public document for which date information was granted on August 27, 2026, the information subject to the request was certified as being identical to the information recorded in the stored electronic record.

なお、電子確定日付は、Concept Assetの著作権の帰属、内容の真実性、創作日または最初の公開日そのものを証明する制度ではありません。

そのため、22degreesでは「Release Date / 公開日」と「Electronic Fixed Date / 電子確定日付」をそれぞれ独立した情報として表示しています。

電子確定日付は、Concept Assetそのものの価値、内容または権利範囲について、公証役場または公証制度による評価、認定、承認を意味するものではありません。

一方、特定のOfficial Final Master Editionについて、日本の電子公証制度を利用して客観的な日付証拠を残すことにより、購入者、ライセンシーその他の利用者が、そのConcept Assetについてどのような文書管理・証拠保全が行われているかを確認できるようにしています。

22degreesは、Concept Assetの内容だけでなく、その公開、Version管理、権利情報および証拠記録についても継続的に整備し、利用者が確認可能な形で提示することを重視しています。

Electronic Fixed Date

22degrees maintains evidentiary records for the Official Final Master Editions of HXIN Concept Assets so that the existence of the relevant electronic documents at a specific point in time can be objectively evidenced.

The electronic records of these Official Final Master Editions have been provided with date information by a designated notary under Japan’s electronic notarization system.

The granting of date information is a procedure by which information specifying a date is attached to the relevant electronic record.

This provides objective date evidence showing that the relevant Official Final Master Edition existed no later than the Electronic Fixed Date.

22degrees preserves this information as part of its records relating to the publication, version management, rights management, and evidentiary preservation of its Concept Assets.

An Electronic Fixed Date does not, by itself, certify copyright ownership, the truth or accuracy of the content, the date of creation, or the date of first publication of a Concept Asset.

For this reason, 22degrees separately identifies the “Release Date” and the “Electronic Fixed Date.”

これにより、ruma22degrees.com上で使用されている22degreesの名称と、文化庁の権利情報システム上の登録情報との対応関係を確認できます。

3. 第三者による利用についての意思

各Concept Assetについて、著作物等の利用可否を 「要相談」 として登録しています。

したがって、本Concept Assetは「誰でも自由に利用できる著作物」として公開しているものではありません。

利用を希望される場合には、22degreesが定める利用条件・ライセンス条件等を確認したうえで、適切な手続を行っていただくことを前提としています。

4. 登録情報と公式Concept Assetを照合できること

1. Registration and Publication of the Concept Asset in the Rights Information System

Registered information for each Concept Asset can be searched using titles such as Invisible Journey and Discovery Journey.

Registered information associated with 22degrees can also be searched through the system.

2. Name Registered as the Author or Other Relevant Rights-Related Party

For each registered Concept Asset, 22degrees is identified in the system under the author or other relevant rights-related information.

This enables users to confirm the relationship between the 22degrees name used on ruma22degrees.com and the information registered in the Agency for Cultural Affairs’ system.

3. The Stated Position Regarding Third-Party Use

For each registered Concept Asset, the position regarding use of the work is registered as “Consultation Required.”

Accordingly, these Concept Assets are not presented as works that may be freely used by anyone.

Any person or organization wishing to use a Concept Asset is expected to review the applicable usage conditions and license terms and complete the appropriate licensing procedures.
